Poly Group has established a standard board of directors with outside directors, and set up special committees such as the Standing and Strategy Committee, Nomination Committee, Remuneration and Appraisal Committee, and Audit and Risk Management Committee. Effective rules of procedures have been established. On behalf of the State Council, SASAC also supervise the Group in accordance with relevant state regulations.
