Poly Finance Co., Ltd. was established with the approval of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission in 2007 and officially started operation on March 28, 2008. It is a non-bank financial institution (NBFI) that provides financial management services to the members of the enterprise group for the purpose of strengthening group capital management and improving the efficiency of capital use. It is also the first Sino-foreign joint venture financial company established under the jurisdiction of Beijing. The registered capital of the company was 350 million yuan when it was established, and the capital increased to 700 million yuan in 2011 and 2 billion yuan in 2016. In 2019, the company’s operating income was approximately 2 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 75%. As of the end of 2019, the company’s total assets were 64.1 billion yuan, ranking among the top 30 of 258 financial companies nationwide. There are currently 8 shareholder units, namely, China Poly Group Co., Ltd., Poly Technology Co., Ltd., Poly Southern Group Co., Ltd., Poly Hong Kong Holdings Co., Ltd., Poly Development and Holdings Group Co., Ltd.
